MCO Team Shop was built from a simple idea that youth sports are about so much more than the game.

I’m Jess, a sports mom and coach who has spent years on the field watching how much the right environment can impact a young athlete.

I’ve seen kids full of confidence, leading their teams and enjoying the game. I’ve also seen kids lose belief in themselves after one mistake, their body language changes, their energy shifts, and their love for the game starts to fade.

I’ve walked into games where the energy was off and the team felt defeated. It reminded me how much leadership shapes everything.

That’s when it became clear to me that what we create as coaches, parents, and leaders matters more than we think.
